Q & A
Can my younger kids visit the Jingle Shop?
YES! All they need is a time slot and tickets (there will be parents and older students assisting in the Jingle Shop).
Will there be food?
Pizza needs to be pre-ordered on www.munchalunch.com and will not be available to order the night of. We will have drinks and chips and baked goods in the bake sale
How many tickets does my child need?
One ticket for each gift they want to purchase and one ticket for each activity. We recommend making a list of who your child will be shopping for.
What games / activities will be there?
Bake Sale (each item is 1 ticket), Cake Walk, Santa's Chimney Game, Christmas Tree Game, Spin to Win, Face paint, Craft Table, Photo Booth, Environment Club table, Kids Raffle
What do I need to bring?
Cloth bag for your child's purchases, a list of who they want to shop for (we recommend this for younger students) cash, positive attitude
What can I do to help out?
Each class is responsible for filling volunteer slots at various stations (these are in 30 minute increments). You will also be asked to contribute to either the bake sale, cake walk or wine wall. A sign up genius link will be sent out to each class via the class rep. We understand not everyone can make the event or is in a position to help out right now and that is totally okay. We all do what we can!
Where can I drop off my wine or baked goods?
You can drop off your bottles of wine at the main office or to your child's classroom every day leading up to the event. Baked goods for the bake sale and cake walk can be brought in the day of the Jingle Mingle or when you get to the event. We will be setting up all day.
